Milano...

Went to Milano couple of weeks back, being an awesome ending to a great x-mas vacation.
All the sights and tourism apart, it's a town with great atmosphere and it boasts an excessive amount of places where you'll find the "best meal in your life". There'll be some photos up soon.

San Siro, watching AC Milan beat Sienna. Rather epic, actually.

Can't wait

Can't wait to see Follow Me, which most certainly looks like it might become the best mtb-film of the decade. Anthill keeps publishing short "behind-the-scenes" vids, and the amount of work they seem to be putting down is tremendeous.

And then there's Life Cycles, another great MTB-film to be released in 2010. This will be a sick year for mtb-videos.

The Third & The Seventh

Canon 1D MKIV - the beginning of the end?

It might look like that digital slr's, such as the 1D mkIV, the 5DmkII and the 7D could be the end of expensive semi-pro larger HD-cameras. At least I would say so. Take a look at "Nocturne"... A digital short, shot with the 1D mkIV, at 1080p, at 6400 and 3200 asa, with no outside light sources. The cinematography and the quality is just immense! You have to watch this in HD and in fullscreen!

Random christmas pictures

Yeah,

Two weeks of holiday is just about to pass, and tomorrow it's back to Bergen.
Here's a few shots from the christmas of '09, a time where the camera was mostly left alone.
Luckily most of norway saw a pretty big snowfall just before christmas, which again gave some pretty good conditions at the local ski-areas.

Happy new year!

Here's some entertainment for ya'll... It's made by Stian Hafstad and Christer Larsen, and as usual: it's very good!

And now, over to something completely different:

I came across this vimeo-video today, and I was blown away by the effect of the Redhead Windscreen that was used on the H4. Almost to the extent that I take it for being a scam, even though I hope that it's not.
